About this speaker
Kara Kashiwabara has been a Human Resources Specialist at ALTRES since 2013, where she assists clients in a wide range of industries with human resources issues, including the retention and cultivation of employees. When she’s not providing her professional expertise to Hawaii employers, Kara contributes actively to our local community through her volunteer work as a member of the Young Leaders Board at the Make-A-Wish Foundation and other nonprofit organizations. Kara was also a cohort in 2018 of the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance and was honored as a member of Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 in 2021.
